The stigma that’s put on employees with disabilities in the workplace can feel insurmountable. They feel stuck with a label that’s almost impossible to remove. Something that just needs simple assistance can get unfairly elevated to something that’s impossible to ignore.
This disruptive campaign was centered around the common misconception that people working with disabilities are less productive, slow, and more costly than those without. Targeting HR managers, we were able to bring awareness of these misconceptions to the forefront and ensure that with the right carrier, these unfair impressions can be erased.
