A concept that was branded from the ground up and showcased at the Graphic Design Senior Show (University of Wisconsin-Stout, Spring 2013).
Forkast is a restaurant/service that offers the satisfaction of helping the environment by being sustainable — all while indulging in the tastiest comfort foods. The menus are based entirely on what foods we crave in very weather-specific conditions as well as real data. By using this approach, Forkast prevents food from being wasted under their roof. This approach also works to inform and educate the public about the food waste epidemic.
